1. Who we are

Joyapulia curates and manages independent coastal homes in Salento, Puglia, Italy, under individually licensed accommodations. Company and fiscal information will be finalised in the footer of this site.

2. What we offer

Direct booking requests for curated independent coastal homes.
A clear, written quote for every confirmed inquiry.

3. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not confirm a booking. Stays are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed after we accept your request, agree on the final price and cancellation policy with you in writing, and complete any applicable payment.

4. Payment

We do not store payment card data. Payment is handled via payment links or alternative methods we agree with you in writing.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joyapulia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These Terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
